Ordering

Please call, fax, or E-mail to reserve an item before sending a check. Feel free to call anytime and leave an answering machine message or fax. We will call you back if the item you want is available. If you want to talk to a human, your best chance is between 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (that's 3 hours behind EST). If the phone rings constantly, then we are with another customer on the other line and I'm ignoring the Call Waiting beep. Please try me again in a few minutes. Use the order form on the back as a guide when ordering. Our #, Item & Price is helpful when we look it up.

Payment

Make checks payable to Lynn Hautala. No C.O.D.'s please. We will consider lay-aways after the list is 2 weeks old. Lay-away terms are 1/2 down, 1/2 in 30 days, deposits are nonrefundable. I will hold an item 10 days while waiting for checks to arrive. Orders paid for with Credit Cards, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks ship before orders paid for with checks. We hold checks for 7 days. $20 minimum purchase please.

Shipping

Minimum shipping and handling is $5.50, we add $1 for each additional item. Rates may vary from this for large or expensive items. We generally ship via UPS Ground Service including insurance and tracking. We can't be responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
Please consult us for pricing on shipments to other countries.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to me. If there is a problem, please tell me. Feel free to return any item if it isn't as described. There will be a 10% restocking fee if an item is being returned for any other reason other than it not being as described. If you are returning an item, please call the day the package arrives for return authorization approval. Any returns received without prior authorization will be refused. A 5-day return privilege will be gladly honored provided the item is immediately returned and received back in my office within 7 days of you receiving the package. There are NO RETURNS on Layaway items, any ALTERED items, NRFB items, or Bargain Basement dolls. Postage and Deposits are not refundable. Returns that were credit card charges will be credited to your account, but not refunded as cash. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Grading Conditions and Abbreviations

• Mint - M -- the item looks fresh out of the box, crisp and new.
• Near Mint -- NM - close to the above description.
• Excellent -- EXC - the item was played with carefully, looks great, any flaws listed.
• Very Good - VG -- a played with item, but still presentable, flaws are listed.
• Fair - F -- The item was played with a lot, but still has some use.
• Poor - P - -Somebody used the item to death, but still could have some use.
